Project Summary: Replacement of roof that caved in due to recent rainfall event

Core Problem: Recent heavy rainfall resulted in the roof over the community hall managed by the club to collapse resulting in damage to their offices, dining areas and meeting rooms and making the site unsafe for use with a significant insurance excess.

Solution: Accessing disaster recovery funding and Government grants to replace the roof including project management and engagement of suitable contractors for the work.

Result: The roof has been replaced and the site is once again operational without needing to use any club savings to complete, helping to protect their cash flow during this time.
