Project Summary: Completion of new Strategic Plan

Core Problem: The organisation’s old strategic plan had become outdated and a new plan better representing their current operating scope was needed.

Solution: A full planning process was undertaken with key stakeholders including planning workshops before the completion of a new strategic plan which was funded by a philanthropic partner. 

Result: The new plan was approved by the organisation and implemented and has, to date assisted in improving overall profitability and expanding the reach of their events, while attracting additional sponsorships and donations.
