Exclusive Community and Sports Management (ECSM) was formed in 2003 to meet the need for governance, funding and administrative support that many small to medium sized community organisations have.

This includes those where the majority of tasks are being undertaken by talented but time poor volunteers as well as larger organisations with dedicated employees who struggle to appropriately resource these functions. Since our inception, ECSM has grown to support both sporting and not-for-profit community organisations alike throughout Australia as well as supporting the growth and development goals of SME businesses.

The purpose of ECSM is to make growing and developing your organisation as easy as possible, without impacting on your cash flow. ECSM’s core activities include the sourcing of Public Sector and Philanthropic funding and, where required, project implementation/management and acquittal/outcomes reporting to enable you to get on with delivering your activities and not leaving you tied up in administration or red tape.

Project Management

Getting the funding you need for your project or activity is only half the battle. Once successful, it is important to be able to effectively manage your project, and meet all funding and reporting requirements. Since our inception, ECSM has been supporting organisations with successfully funded projects, including undertaking all aspects of reporting and all acquittal requirements to ensure your project is delivered in a successful manner.

Grant Writing and Philanthropic Donation Requests

ECSM supports not-for-profit organisations throughout Australia to develop winning grant submissions and philanthropic donation requests that enable groups to fund their much needed projects. Helping to bring an organisation’s vision to reality through the sourcing of funding from government and private sources has been at the core of ECSM’s operations throughout Australia for over 20 years.

Corporate Governance

Corporate Governance is often one of the most overlooked, yet vital aspects of running a sustainable and profitable entity. ECSM has significant experience in developing and maintaining processes, reporting and policies that will not only support good governance practices for your day-to-day operations, but will also help with securing external funding for your projects and activities. Many funding providers require evidence of your governance practices, including things like audit and risk management, before being able to provide support to your activities.
